How do I report a problem?
France Ermitage, your property manager, now makes it easy for you to report technical problems with Monga Occupant.
Follow these simple steps to create and track your service requests.
Step 1. Activate your Monga account
- Check your mailbox and open the Monga Support e-mail.
- Click on the activation link (valid for 7 days).
- If you can't find the e-mail, please contact Monga at support@monga.io or 01 76 34 09 91.
Step 2. Choose a password
Your password is individual and can be changed by you or Monga at your request. Your login will remain your email address.
Step 3. Connect to Monga
Two modules are available to create and track your repair requests:
- Online at: app.monga.io/login
- On the Monga Occupant app available on iOS and Android.
Step 4. Create your service request
- Create your request by clicking on "Create a mission".
- Add photos or videos if necessary.
- Please indicate your availability for an intervention.
Once your request has been approved, Monga will find a craftsman and confirm a time slot with you.
Step 5. Follow your request in real time
- View repair history and progress on your Monga dashboard.
- Communicate with your manager and the craftsman via the Comments area.
- Give the craftsman a note once the job is finished.
